Please use this portal to log an incident for any issues you face or observe. Examples are System not working, Internet / Wi-Fi issues, UPS, Electrical / Plumbing, RO Water, Intercom, AC, Transport, Attendance, Cafeteria, etc)The process is simple.
a. log into the tool ( https://helpdesk.ssn.edu.in) using Digital ID Credentials (same as Active Directory/LMS/ERP)
b. If you forgot your password use this link - https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
1) Steps for Incident Logging
a.Click the open new ticket
b.Sign in using your Digital ID credentials
c.Select the appropriate Help Topic
d.Fill in all the mandatory fields
e.Click Create Ticket.
2) To check the status/updates to your tickets, sign in and then click on Tickets(xx) on the top menu bar.
